If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right not to accept goods back after this time period.
All items must be returned:
- unused
- in perfect condition
- in its original packaging (with tags)
- in a resaleable condition
- and include any free items that came with it.
With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the delivery note along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.

You can also return, or exchange, any goods purchased on our website at any J&S Accessories store. However, these stores cannot issue you with a refund this will be processed by the BKS Mail Order Department.
Postage will not be refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods. Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made through the courier that you used to despatch the goods back to us.
Once your items have been received and checked we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are processed through the original method of payment used.
If you paid by card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
For exchanges, return the goods to the address above stating that you would like an exchange.
You can also exchange an item at any J&S Accessories store with your proof of purchase.
You can use our stockist page to find your nearest J&S Accessories store.
In store exchanges will be dependent on the store's stock levels.
